An introduction to TaskFigure
TaskFigure provides a new way for employers to acquire associates.
At the core of this model is a standardized incremental hiring system, carefully crafted to ensure the average level of integrity remains high.
Employers maintain full rights to hire any associates through traditional means, without any obligations to TaskFigure.
At the very start, employers are able to request 4 hours from any associate. This initial trial is optionally completely free of charge. However, to request 8 hours of work from the same associate, the initial 4 hours must first be compensated. Any subsequent requests carried out by the same associate are always paid in full.
There are five distinct time levels, traversed once per associate: 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64 hours. A Unit of Work (64 hours) is thereafter the standard unit of exchange for any subsequent requests.
Associates identify themselves with a national eID equivalent to swedish BankID. Associates are incentivized to only accept requests which they are adequately skilled to complete:
- Clearly subpar performance should result in approximately zero payments carried out, and no continued orders beyond the first time level.
- Somewhat subpar performance is likely to result in a low number of trial payments and relatively few continuations beyond the first time level.
- Fully Adequate or Strong performance should result in regularly continued orders at higher time levels, or quickly getting hired through traditional means.
This functional demonstration of TaskFigure is limited to the following interactivity:
- Navigate to "Select Associates" at the top of this page.
- Browse a table with pages of associates.
- Click the name of any associate to review some additional information about them.
- Select several desired associates by toggling the leftmost rectangle on each row.
- Navigate to "Enter Request Details" at the bottom of the selection page.
- Describe your task and then proceed with "Submit Request".
- From anywhere, click the logotype to navigate back to this introduction.
TaskFigure would be able to maintain, and continue development of, all planned services, by charging employers one (1) percent of payments carried out.
